12 Angry Jurors Cast List Annoucement
It is great to see many familiar faces as well as new ones coming out to audition for 12 Angry Jurors. Our goal as an organization, aside from providing you something fun to do at school, is to educate you on the world of theatre and the many possibilities you have to have fun and let loose. Obviously, this is a far cry from anything we have done in the past, and the characterization is going to be something completely new for some of you, but we felt it was important to not get pigeon-holed into doing one type of theatre.
With that being said, here is your cast list for 12 Angry Jurors.
Foreman - Sierra Adams
Juror 2 - Erin Chess
Juror 3 - Kaitlynn Rogan
Juror 4 - Ashley Dunham
Juror 5 - Sydney Myers
Juror 6 - Hunter Judy

Cast List Announced!
Congratulations to everyone who auditioned for Triad's production of "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown"
The level of difficulty for this audition was greater than that of a standard play. We were impressed with your preparation and amount of individual time you all put into your audition. Our decisions were made after great deliberation (and arguments) regarding your spoken, as well as your musical auditions. Once again, you have made this casting a difficult one with all of your amazing auditions. Please note that there were only 6 spots available in this musical and while we would have liked to utilize more talent, the book does not permit that. If you did not get a main role, please know that you can still be a part of this musical by being a member of the chorus. Chorus members are not required to be at rehearsals until otherwise noted by Stanforth and Waibel.
Due to the timeline we are working with, we need to have our first read through after school tomorrow, Friday, January 14th starting at 2:45pm on the stage. Please make every effort to attend the read through.
Once again, thank you for your auditions! Here's the cast list
Charlie Brown - Kaitlyn Salyers
Sally Brown - Lindsey Salyer
Linus Van Pelt - Chad Reisinger
Lucy Van Pelt - Ruth Holland
Schroeder - Aaron Greve
Snoopy - Boston Gregg

Update on the play
As of this post, we are looking at having only 11 more practices until our week of dress rehearsals begins. Here are a few things to keep in mind.
1. Memorize those lines folks! We are wanting to do our first practices without scripts starting in November.
2. While I can appreciate those of you involved in so many different activities, it is of high importance that we start to make play practice our number 1 priority. With one person not being there, it can completely throw off timing and blocking significantly. So while you may think you know everything you are doing, the people around you are counting on your deliverance of lines and standing where you should be standing.
3. Stage crew has been going extremely well. For those that haven't had an opportunity to show up and help, please look at the remaining schedule and try to attend at least one crew meeting. The set is large this year and we need all hands on deck to help support the building and designing of these set pieces :)
4. Costumes. Some of you have been picking up costume pieces for approval. Remember, the majority of costuming is your responsibility. There are a few that will be rented, but if you are a munchkin, poppy or tree, you need to dress accordingly. Please remember, no clothing with any type of logo on it.
5. Keep up the awesome work! As we continuously produce quality plays, we are building our audience which will in turn build our program! Pass the word around to you family, friends and enemies about this play. It's gonna be a fun one!
