First off, congratulations to our cast members for surviving another round of auditions.
Our first read through, which will involve the entire cast will be on Thursday, November 13th starting at 2:45 on the stage.
Please be aware that speaking roles will be given a show book, while Towns folk and extras will receive copies of their songs only, not to diminish the importance of a role, but it is simply more cost effective to not give everyone a book for 2 songs.
There will be opportunities for short solos in the ensemble songs, so if you are interested in a solo, please plan to show up for this rehearsal.
The read through should finish up at around 4pm, depending on how much talking goes on during the read through (the less talky talky, the quicker we'll get out)
Rehearsal schedule will be passed out on this day for the next three months
The dates of the show are February 27 and 28 starting at 7pm and March 1 starting at 2pm.
Bring a flash drive to receive copies of the music for your practicing purposes. I will not be burning CDs (unless absolutely necessary) this year, but simply transferring tunes over digitally.
First read through

Audition Results/Cast List
Thank you to everyone that came out to audition. There were several people that stated they wanted to be involved in the production as an extra. If you were one of those people and you do not see your name on here, that doesn't mean you can't be a part of the show. That only means I forgot to write your name down as it wasn't handy for me at the time to do so. If you, or anyone you know is interested in being an extra for the show, just come see me. It will NOT be a big deal:)
Furthermore, there are many parts that we did not group together as they are things we will figure out as we do rehearsals. (Wa Tan Ye dancers, Traveling Salesmen etc )

Rehearsal Schedule
PLEASE READ
Please look at the calendar carefully for the rehearsal schedule. It is heavily loaded due to the anticipated blizzards they are calling for. If we cancel school, rehearsal is canceled. If the snow is not as heavy as anticipated and we are doing well on everything, I will start moving rehearsals around to alleviate some time.
Please remember that your songs are expected to be memorized by the end of this month. This will be a very important part for you to do on your own so that we aren't spending time in February learning the songs. If you have not yet done so, bring me a flash drive so that I can get you the tunes to use for practice.
Look at the calendar and make note of when you need to be at practice!!! If I forgot to mention you on a day that you have a part, please show up, I may have missed a couple parts in a song or two.
We are wanting this production to go as planned. Please show up when you are scheduled. If I need to cancel a rehearsal due to weather at end of school day, I will make an announcement.
PLEASE LOOK AT THE CALENDAR AND FIGURE OUT WHEN YOU NEED TO BE HERE!

Rehearsal notes PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Sorry for being a bum and waiting until now to get this info out to you all. Ended up enjoying my break a bit more than I had expected to :) At any rate...
Rehearsals for the month of January are on the calendar at the bottom of this page and will be scheduled according to pages in the book. Please be aware that you are expected to be at rehearsals if you are scheduled. If you have a conflict, talk to me....I'm not that mean of a guy, but seriously, touch base with me for any conflicts.
On the 9th of January, I have Thursday Night School, so I will be out at the school all evening. I am scheduling individual lessons for this date. I am taking the middle schoolers first as they do not have as easy access to transportation as the high schoolers. Please find your slot and plan to be in the music room for your practice
2:30-3:00 - Zach Wheeler
3:00-3:30 - Dany Bailey
3:30-4:00 - Addie Legge, Jordan Boldman, Brett Muncy, Meg Bostick
4:00-4:30 - Hannah Kilbride, Leanna Russell, Jacki Vermillion, Lily King & Mary Hasting
4:30-5:00 - Hunter Judy
5:00-5:30 - Garrett Nott & Ashley Dunham
5:30-6:00 - Zack Moore
6:00-6:30 - Blair Culp
6:30-7:00 - Nate Reinhardt
You are expected to have your songs memorized by January 30th. This will make the blocking on stage much easier and you won't have to stress about it a few weeks from this date. If you haven't yet, please bring me a flash drive to get the songs transferred over for you to use for practice.
Again, please look over the schedule for January. Please make arrangements to be at the rehearsals you are scheduled for. If you aren't scheduled, you don't need to show up. February and March will be up by end of next week.
