practice canceled

Coming up

Ah boy, here we go.

They are calling for lots of snow tonight in to tomorrow morning. I will make a decision to go or not go by 6:30am tomorrow morning. Please share with as many people as you can  when I make the decision so no one is left out in the cold....pun intended.

Depending on if we have rehearsal tomorrow, I may need to bump practices up longer for next week. Not an ideal situation, but we need to get some of the new people up to speed and keep everyone fresh with the show with reps. Keep an open mind as we approach the final week...unfortunately, we aren't solid in every aspect of the show, but come to rehearsals with lines memorized and be ready to move quick during rehearsals.

final week

With the past 2 days being canceled, we are in a bit of a frenzy. Please pass word that we are still having practice tomorrow, February 21st from 830 to noon. Quartet members need to report at 8 am for rehearsal. Please pass this word along to others. Next week is dress rehearsals until 5 on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. I will try to get a practice on for Thursday (if I can get out of doing OHC festival) and our final dress rehearsal is Friday morning with performances next weekend. Please pass word to your friends.
