First and foremost, congratulations to everybody that came out to audition. Mrs. Smart, Ms. Haerr and myself all had a really good time listening to all of you come in and perform for us. Many of you did not get the role you desired, but we tried to put you in a role that you would excel at based on your audition.
THE FIRST READ THROUGH WILL BE THURSDAY NOVEMBER 17 IMMEDIATELY AFTER SCHOOL UNTIL 4:40. The rehearsal schedule will be available at this time as well.

Up to Now
So far ladies and gentlemen, we have been having some very productive rehearsals. Please start looking over your lines so that we can be more productive with the non-musical blocking of the show. Also, bring in a flash drive so that you can start listening to the music at home. Fantastic job up to this point! Keep up the great work!

practice
Good rule to know. If school is cancelled, there is no practice. We had a great practice yesterday. Keep the ppsitive attitudes and good work ethic! Enjoy your snow day :)

Upcoming schedule
Hey folks. Hope everybody had a fantastic break. We are painting some very large set pieces this eeek in play production and have needed the entire stage area all week. Practices will resume next week. We are going to start out choreographing the large songs with dancing and movement. Please make sure you are refreshed on your music.
I felt great about our music rehearsals and didnt want to run it in to the ground too much before break. I am going to load up rehearsals over the next couple of mo ths. Pleade make every attempt to be at all of them you are expected to be. Over scheduling allowd me the flexibility to cancel should a family emergency flair up for myself (as i am the only director thisvyear) and also to accomodate some time off for your (hopeful) hard work ;)
See you all Monday to begin Big Bright Beautiful World blocking

Scripts will be handed out at this time. Anyone not able to attend should let Mr. Waibel know BEFORE. Also, Anyone wanting to be a part of the show but was too nervous to audition can very much be a part of the show as en extra. We need lots of ensemble members for a full sound. Smaller roles can be flexible as well being different members throughout the show...We will just kind of fill things in as we go along
Pied Piper and rats need to be somewhat versed in dancing. We are going to have a choreographer this year which will mean more than fist pumps in through the air (my signature move)
Big thanks to everybody who auditioned, and try to bring a friend to the read through with you to increase our cast size! find Triad Drama group on Facebook for updates throughout the production. The practice schedule can be found on the calendar on the homepage of the blog. PLease view it for November and December's rehearsal schedule.
